Luanda, Angola - Road accidents killed about 3,600 people in Angola between January and November this year, the head of road prevention of the National Traffic Police Department, Jeremias Manuel, disclosed here Monday.
In an interview with the Angolan News Agency (ANGOP), as part of the campaign for safety on the roads, Manuel appealed for a reflection on the causes of road accidents, noting that most of the accidents were caused through reckless driving and failure to obey road traffic rules.
The campaign will cover the whole country.
