Nigerian Stock Exchange - A former Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of Valucard Nigeria Plc, Kyari Abba Bukar, has assumed duty as the Chief Executive Officer of the Central Securities Clearing System Limited (CSCS),a subsidiary of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), the bourse said in a statement Friday.

“Bukar emerged as the most suitable candidate for the job after a thorough recruitment process involving a leading Human Resources (HR) Consulting Firm and the entire Board of Directors of CSCS,” NSE said the statement, which was made available to PANA here.

The new CSCS helmsman previously worked with a number of local banks as well as Hewlett-Packard (HP), one of the world’s leading IT firms.
