Football-Nigeria - It was a full house yesterday for Super Eagles coach as 20 of the 22 players invited to camp for the Nations Cup qualifier against Ethiopia had arrived at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel camp. Only Solomon Okoronkwo and Fengor Ogwude were the absentees as the team headed off for their first training schedule yesterday evening ahead of the all-important match on Sunday. Both players we're expected to arrive later in the day, although Siasia has made it clear that any player who is not present for the first session, will take not take part on match day. If Siasia makes good his threat, then the two players are as good as out of the team list.
Goalkeeper Bamidele Aiyenugba and Obafemi Martins were the last to join the camp yesterday afternoon.
The duo arrived at the Nigerian capital of Abuja around 2pm local time and headed straight to the team's five-star hotel camp.
The arrival of Aiyenugba and Martins now brought the number of players in the camp to 19.
