The BRVM composite index rose to 0.10 per cent, climbing from 131.91 to 132.04 points, as the BRVM 10 index closed at 144.99 points up 0.14 per cent.
The value of the transactions was 85.96 million CFA francs, compared to the 575.5 million CFA francs reported last session.
Trading involved 14 of the 38 companies listed on the stock exchange, while the number of securities traded climbed to 164,813.
Fourteen of the 20 accredited brokerage firms, including seven from outside Cote d'Ivoire, took part in the market.
Stock market capitalization was 2,800,910,859,625 CFA francs and that for the bond market rose to 510,560,308,520 CFA francs.
On the bond market, 100 TPCI six per cent 2007-2010 bonds were traded for a total value of 989,000 million CFA francs, not counting accrued coupons.
