The cheapest ticket has gone up from 500 naira (about US$3.5) to 5,000 naira (US $35), while tickets for the VIP box go for as high as 15,000 (US$100) per one.
With interest in the matches - between Nigeria and Spain as well as Colombia against Switzerland - having gone up, tickets are no longer available for the 25,000-capacity Teslim Balogun Stadium venue of the matches.
The dearth of tickets has encouraged emergency vendors to make brisk business by re-selling, at the huge rates, the tickets already purchased at normal prices.
The Lagos state government had made a bulk purchase of 15,000 tickets, leaving only 10,000 for individuals.
Meanwhile, many fans expect host and defending champion Nigeria to beat Spain and advance to the final.
The expectations are borne out of the fact that Nigeria also defeated Spain to win the 2007 FIFA Under-17 tournament in South Korea.
Nigeria is seeking to become the first team ever to win the cup four times.
