According to the trading results obtained in Accra, the BRVM 10 index closed at 275.45 points, up by 0.45%.
The value of the transactions was 245.4 million CFA francs, compared to the 1.07 billion CFA francs at last session.
Trading involved 16 of the 38 companies listed on the stock exchange while the number of securities traded climbed to 691,992.
The results indicated that 17 of the 20 accredited brokerage firms, including 10 from outside Côte d'Ivoire, took part in the trading.
Stock market capitalization was 4,451,389,673,920 CFA francs while that for the bond market rose to 622,212,552,040 CFA francs.
On the bond market, 25 bonds were traded for a total value of 250,000 CFA francs, not counting accrued coupons.
