Ghana will play Mali on Sunday in their final Group D match while Egypt and Algeria, who share the top place in Group C, will play their deciding match in Sudan on Wednesday to determine who qualifies for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
The top team in each group qualifies for the 2010 World Cup while the top three teams qualify for the 2010 African Cup of Nations in Angola.
