Trading at the West African regional stock exchange, BRVM, ended Monday on the rise with the BRVM Index 10 inching up from 275.14 to 276.33 points, representing a rise of 0.43%. Also, the Composite BRVM Index gained 0.33% to hit 258.54 points against 257.68 points recorded at the previous trading session.
The transaction value was set at 1.32 billion CFA francs against 10.14 billion CFA francs recorded Friday.
Market capitalisation of shares added up to 6,283.78 billion CFA francs while that of the bond market reached 1,211.60 billion CFA francs.
Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI Togo) remained the most active in volume, with 3,086.205 shares exchanged, while the most active in value was Sonatel Senegal with 256.86 million CFA francs of transactions.
