Trading at the West African regional stock exchange, BRVM, ended Tuesday on the rise with the BRVM index 10 inching from 260.69 points to 261.34 points, representing a rise of 0.25%. Also, the Composite BRVM index gained 0.26% to hit 245.95 points, against 245.31 recorded the previous day.
Total transaction value was 1.10 billion CFA francs, against 768.52 million CFA francs recorded Monday.
Market capitalisation of shares stood at 5,971.61 billion CFA francs while that of the bond market reached 1,266.35 billion CFA francs.
Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI Togo) remains the most active in volume, with 141.648 shares exchanged, while the most active in value is Sonatel Senegal, with 872.83 million CFA francs of transactions.
