Appiah names squad for Turkey friendly - Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah has named three debutants in his 21-man squad to play Turkey in an international football friendly in Istanbul next Wednesday.
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) said on its website on Wednesday that Spain-based goalkeeper Razak Braimah, Italy-based midfielder Yussif Raman Chibsah and Turkey-based striker Emmanuel Banahene are new names in Appiah's squad.
The team has only one local-based player, Mahatma Otoo of Hearts of Oak, who himself is said to be on his way to play professional football in Norway.
