The coach of the Cape Verdian football team, Lucio Antunes, on Wednesday named 21 players for the Group B 2014 World Cup qualifier against Equatorial Guinea.
All but two players Kay (Belenenses) and Tibs (Tondela), who play in the Portuguese football league, played in the last Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2013 in South Africa, when Cape Verde was defeated in the knock-out stages.
