Kinshasa to host 5th fair of women’s entrepreneurship 23-30 March.
The 5th fair of women’s entrepreneurship will be held from 23 to 30 March in Kinshasa, at the Congolese government's initiative and with the support of the UN system, according to Penangnini Touré, spokesman of the UN Mission for Stabilisation of Congo (MONUSCO).
Toure said the fair would provide an opportunity for the Congolese people, the international community and the private sector to support Congolese women and make them the true pillar of national reconstruction, Toure said.
According to him, the goal is to create a forum for capacity building for women in all areas including education, health, socio-economic rehabilitation, peace and national reconstruction.
