Football - Cote d'Ivoire to take on Botswana in U-17 football friendly.
Cote d'Ivoire's national Under-17 team will play two friendly games against its Botswana counterpart 23 and 27 Feb. in Abidjan, according to the Ivorian Football Federation (FIF) .
The friendlies are being used to prepare the two teams for the 2013 CAF U-17 championship slated for Morocco from 13-27 April.
The Botswana team was due in Abidjan Thursday.
Botswana is in group A of the forthcoming tournament with host Morocco, Gabon and Tunisia, while Cote d'Ivoire is in group B with Congo, Nigeria and Ghana.
