Tripoli, Libya - The movement of persons and goods resumed Tuesday at the border crossing point of Ras Jadir between Libya and Tunisia after it was closed for five days, official sources told PANA here.
The sources said the security situation at the border has improved and security and customs officials are carrying out their tasks in a very satisfactory manner.
PANA recalls that the Libyan authorities closed the border from 14 to 18 February following the second anniversary celebrations of the revolution that ousted Mouammar Kadhafi.
