Justice - The special tribunal for the trial of the former officials of the ousted regime of Mouammar Kaddafi on Monday postponed until 18 March the trial of the last prime minister of the regime, Al-Baghdadi, al-Mahmoudi.
The tribunal also adjourned the trial of two other accused, Al-Mabrouk Zahmoul and Amer Salah Tarfas, two officials from the investment society, to enable the defence to complete its documentation on the case.
The last Prime minister in the Kaddafi regime is accused of corruption and calling for rape of women during the people’s uprising on 17 February. He also called for assassination of citizens without any reason.
The Tunisian authorities arrested Al-Baghdadi on 22 September 2011, together with two other people for illegally entering Tunisia's illegal territory before extraditing him in June to Libya.
