Rwanda's capital market - Two new Kenyan economic operators have announced their intention to integrate this year into Rwanda's capital market, officials sources in Kigali revealed Thursday.
The two are the Bank 'Equity' and the supermarket, known as 'Uchumi'.
The two will bring to six the number of Kenyan economic operators operating at the Rwandan Stock Market. The first four have been in Rwanda since January 2011.
According to a communiqué, issued by the Stock Market in Rwanda (RCMA), this integration, which will come into force this year, is aimed at expanding the number of investors to attracting foreign funds into the Rwanda capital market.
