2013 African Nations Cup: Nigeria through to final, demolish Mali 4-1.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria Wednesday qualified for the final of the 2013 African Nations Cup in grand fashion, lashing Mali 4-1 in their semi-final encounter here.
The Nigerian goal scorers were Elderson Echiejile (in the 25th minute), Brown Ideye, in the 30th, Emmanuel Emenike, in the 44th, and Ahmed Musa, in the 60th.
Mali's only goal was scored by Cheick Fantamady Diarra in the 75th minute.
Nigeria generally dominated the match, solid in defence and breaking the Mali defence down regularly with their quick attacks.
