2012 African Cup of Nations - Ghana's senior national football team, the Black Stars, arrived in Bata on Monday for the semi-final match of the 2012 African Cup of Nations against Zambia, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) announced.

The Black Stars will play the Zambians at the Estadio de Bata on Wednesday in one of the two semi-final matches.

GFA said Ghana touched down at Bata International Airport at 4:45 pm local time (15:45 GMT) before being driven to the hotel.

Ghana reached the semi-final after a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Tunisia in Franceville on Sunday night.

The other semi-final match will be between Cote d’Ivoire and Mali.
