Ghana-Economy: Gold coast securities to expand operations

Economy-Ghana - Gold Coast Securities Limited, a leading investment banking company in Ghana, has announced plans to open new branches in Koforidua, Sunyani, Bawku and Tema, all in the Eastern, Brong Ahafo, Upper East and Greater Accra regions, by the end of this year. The move is to bring its products and services to the doorsteps of every Ghanaian. The Managing Director of Gold Coast Securities Limited, Seth Asante made this known at the launch of the company's National Customer Service Centre in Accra yesterday.

The centre aims to be the premier provider of customer service to the company's current and potential clients with increased focus placed on listening to the customers.

It will serve as Gold Coast's central communications link with its regional branches to provide timely and consistent handling of customer needs through a motivated and knowledgeable team.

Speaking at the launch, Mr. Asante added that "Our people at the centre are equipped with the request or need with fairness and safety in mind".

He stressed that, "Very soon, our customers can also go to the Gold Coast Securities Desk at any of the over 40 branches of a well-known banking organization across the country for investment advice and service."

On her part, the Chairperson of Gold Coast Securities Board of Directors, Mrs. Elizabeth Villars acknowledged that the company was continuing on its track record of being a pioneer, by opening the new centre to cater for the needs of its numerous clients in the country.
