Football Cameroon-Angola - Angola will host Cameroon in an international football friendly 14 Dec., as part of the host country's preparations for the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea. The match will be played in the northern Cabinda Province, according to the deputy chairman of the Angolan Football Federation (FAF) for international relations, João Luzivikueno.

DR Congo was originally billed for the friendly, but had to be replaced by Cameroon because the Congolese were 'not available'.

Angola has scheduled other friendlies, against Zambia on 18 December in the North-eastern Lunda-Norte Province and against Namibia on 22 December in the southern Huila Province, as part of its preparations.

Angola is in group B of the Nations Cup first round with Burkina Faso, Sudan and Côte d'Ivoire.

Cameroon, on its part, did not qualify for the 2012 Africa Nations Cup.
