Cuba-Mali - The Cuban vice-president, Estebao Lazo Hernandez is expected Monday in Bamako for a three-day visit to Mali, during which he will hold talks with Prime Minister Mariam Kaidama Cissé, official sources told PANA. Mr. Hernandez will meet Cuban experts operating in Mali's health, sports, education and culture sectors, as well as the representatives of the friendship groups and associations with Cuba.
According to the itinerary of the visit, the Cuban vice-president will pay a courtesy visit on former Malian president, Alpha Oumar Konaré, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Soumeylou Boubèye Maiga and the Speaker of Parliament, Dioncounda Traoré.
He will depart Bamako for Addis Ababa, the Ethiopian capital.
