CAF Confederation Cup - In a repeat of the final of the 2011 CAF Champions League, Tunisia's Club Africain and MAS of Morocco are set to clash on Saturday in Rades, Tunisia, in the first leg final of the 2011 CAF Confederation Cup.

Clubs from the same countries - Esperance of Tunisia and Wydad Casablanca of Morocco - met in the two-leg final of the just-ended 2011 CAF Champions League, with the Tunisian club lifting the trophy.

While Club Africain will be seeking to re-enact the performance of Esperance, MAS will be trying to avenge Wydad's loss.

The 2011 match-up in the final of the CAF Confederation Cup is a repeat of last year's competition, when FUS Rabat of Morocco played CS Sfaxien of Morocco, with the former winning the cup.

Also in 2006, Etoile du Sahel of Tunisia beat FAR Rabat of Morocco to lift the title.

The aggregate winner of the two-leg 2011 CAF Confederation Cup will get US$660,000, and qualify to face the winner of the CAF Champions League in next year’s CAF Super Cup.

The second leg of the 2011 CAF Confederation Cup is due to hold in Fez, Morocco, 4 Dec.
