Basketball team Angola - The Angolan senior female basketball team will travel Wednesday to Mali to participate in the 23 Sept. - 2 Oct. African Cup of Nations (Afrobasket2011) in the Malian capital, Bamako.

Angola, which placed third in the last edition, is in group B of the 22nd edition in Mali alongside Senegal, Equatorial Guinea, Nigeria, Cameroon and Rwanda.

Group A comprises host Mali, Tunisia, Mozambique, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana and DR Congo.

Senegal is the defending champion.
