Justice-Zambia - Zambian President Michael Sata on Tuesday swore-in Malawian High Court Judge, Lovemore Chikopa, who will chair the tribunal constituted to investigate allegations of misconduct of Supreme Court Judge Philip Musonda and two high court judges -- Charles Kajimanga and Nigel Mutuna.
Others sworn in to sit on the tribunal are former High Court Judges Naboth Mwanza and Thomas Ndhlovu while Chipili Katunasa Magayane will serve as secretary to the tribunal.
The tribunal is expected to complete its investigations within two months but may recommend to the President its own timeframe should the need arise.
President Sata on 30 April suspended the three judges and constituted a tribunal to investigate alleged corrupt activities in the judiciary.
