Luanda, Angola - A message from President John Atta Mills of Ghana, delivered Tuesday to his Angolan counterpart, José Eduardo dos Santos, has highlighted the desires of the two countries to reinforce bilateral relations.
According to the Angolan News Agency (ANGOP), the message was delivered by President Mills' special envoy, Hoko Tsikata, who indicated that a joint Ghana-Angola Commission would soon be created to deal with matters in the oil and gas sector, agriculture and education.
The envoy said that the joint commission would hold its first meeting in the first quarter of 2012.
