Foreign participants in Angolan yearend race arrive - Foreign athletes from Macau and Egypt arrived in Luanda Thursday to participate in the 56th edition of Angola's yearend race, dubbed Saint Sylvester, due to be held 31 Dec.

The athletes from Macau are Vai Penk and Wai Lok, and they are joined by a physical trainer, while the Egyptian team includes Yasser Moustafa, Daoud Ali and Samir Salib.

The organizers said that other foreign participants are still being expected.

Over 1,200 national athletes have registered to participate in the 10-km race.
