International Federation for History and Statistics - Sudan's Al-Hilal topped the list of all African football clubs in the latest world football club rankings issued by the International Federation for History and Statistics (IFFHS).
Al-Hilal, ranked 85th globally, was followed in the IFFHS rankings by Tunisia's Esperance, Nigeria's Enyimba, as well as Morocco's Fas and Wydad respectively.
As for Egypt's big two, Al Ahly came in at 150 globally, dropping 49 places, while Zamalek was ranked 182, improving by 41 spots.
Globally, Spain's big two clubs, Barcelona and Real Madrid, came in first and second respectively.
England's Manchester United, Porto of Portugal, and Germany's Shalke completed the top five in that order.
