Libyan PM announces 24-member transitional government - Libya's transitional Prime minister, Aderahim Al-Kib, on Tuesday night announced the composition of a government made up of two deputy Prime ministers and 24 members, including three women.

Reading the composition of the government, he declared that the portfolio of the minister of foreign affairs is entrusted to Achour Ben Kheil, unknown to the political scene, while the oil and gas minister goes to Abderrahmane Ben Yezza.

The Prime minister affirmed that this government's mission would consist, among other things, in restoring security, boosting the economy, ensuring the smooth-running of the educational system and state affairs.
