Southern Africa Development Community - The extraordinary session of the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) Ministers of Trade, devoted to regional economic integration, was billed to open in Luanda, the capital of Angola, Thursday.

The meeting was preceded by a six-day session of experts who prepared the documents for the main event.

Angola assumed the presidency of SADC during the 31st Summit of the community, held in Luanda on 17-18 August.
